About the Show
Welcome to ORGANIC A to Z! Follow Chef Gregory Schaefer on his personal exploration of healthy, sustainable, local and seasonal eating. His journey always starts at the farmer's market and ends with a sink full of dishes--shopping, tasting, cooking, drinking, eating and laughing with friends.
Originally this blog started as a series of 26 videos cooking our way through the alphabet. Gregory highlighted a different key ingredient on each episode, went through the organic factors and cooked the hell out of it! The incredibly awesome and intelligent people at the Discovery Channel made the wise decision to host those videos, recipes and blog entries on the Planet Green website. Check them out: ORGANIC A to Z.
Want to learn more about organic food and going green? This is a great place to do it. More importantly, Gregory wants to encourage you to eat and cook more meals at home. So read on, taste on and get your butt in the kitchen!
